After a weaker start to the season, the team has only three points above the relegation zone. Grzelak, who previously coached teams in Sweden and Hungary, has replaced Luka Elsner, and his goal is to improve the team's performance. In the upcoming match against Pogoń Szczecin, also facing relegation threats, Grzelak intends to implement new rules and strategies. The new coach emphasizes that increasing discipline in defense and faster attacking will be key. "I missed this in previous matches," says Grzelak. In the first days of working with the team, he focused on defensive structure so that players feel responsible for their roles. Cracovia thus has a chance to improve its form and avoid relegation from the Ekstraklasa if Grzelak realizes his ambitious plans.
