Dariusz Gęsior, a long-time coach of Poland's junior national teams, has joined Cracovia as an individual development coach and talent manager. 56-year-old will help create transfer strategy for the academy and evaluate player potential in the context of Cracovia's playing model. To achieve this, he will support transfer decisions through sports and development analysis. Gęsior has also experience in leading Poland's junior national teams of various age groups, including U-15, U-16, U-17, U-19 and U-20. Recently, he worked with players under 15. Cracovia finished the season in 13th place in the league table. In recent months, there have been significant changes in the club, including the appointment of new director of football Artur Sobiech and director of sports department Filip Trubalski. Tomasz Wilman, who previously worked for Korona Kielce, has become the new director of Cracovia's academy.
