Dariusz Gęsior, Polish football legend, joins Cracovia Academy. He will be responsible for the development of individual players and strategic support in the area of talent management. Gęsior is a former Polish international who played 22 games for the national team. After retiring from playing, he became a coach and led the Poland U-15 team. Previously, he worked with the U-20, U-19, U-16, and U-17 teams. He started his career in the national coaching system by working with the Poland U-20 team in the 2017/2018 season. He then worked with the U-19 team, before leading and co-creating the training process in the U-16, U-17, and U-15 teams. His long-term presence in the national coaching system allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the development process of young footballers, the requirements of the game at the highest level, and effective methods of talent management. Gęsior will use his experience in Cracovia Academy to co-create and implement the transfer strategy, evaluate the development potential of players, and support transfer decisions. He will also work with the Academy's management team on transfer recommendations and participate in the internal 'transfer' process aimed at planning the development of players and their transfers between different stages of training.
